Yoshitaka NAGATSUYU

Yoshitaka began his professional career as a systems engineer at Fujitsu FIP (now Fujitsu Japan), where he gained valuable experience in technology and corporate environments.

In 2007, he transitioned into intellectual property law and became a Patent and Trademark Attorney. He specialized in trademark matters at SOEI Patent and Law Firm, followed by further expertise at Fujimarks Japan P.C., where he deepened his knowledge of trademark prosecution, enforcement, and litigation.

In 2015, Yoshitaka founded his own practice to provide high-quality trademark services, handling a wide range of domestic trademark cases and supporting litigation for infringement cases. In 2025, inspired by the philosophy and policies of BORDERS IP, Yoshitaka joined the firm as a key member. With extensive experience in trademark prosecution, enforcement, and litigation support for both domestic and international clients, he continues to provide exceptional, tailored solutions to meet clients’ intellectual property needs.
